To provide a seamless booking experience, we have established the following process and policy for studio rentals and services:
All studio bookings are made through our online scheduling system, which requires full payment at the time of booking.
Real-Time Availability: Our online calendar is always up to date with current availability and times, allowing clients to book their desired slots with confidence.
Studio Rental Only: The online booking system is exclusively for studio rentals. Other services require direct inquiry.
2. Booking Events and In-House Package Services
Inquiry Form: For events and in-house package services, clients must fill out the inquiry form available on our website. This ensures personalized service, accurate scheduling and a correct quote.

Personal Consultation: After receiving your form, we will reach out and call you to discuss the details of your session or event, ensuring all your requirements are understood and met.
Invoice Issuance: Following the consultation, an invoice will be sent to you for the services discussed.
3. Payment Policy
Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all studio rentals through our online system.
Payment Methods: We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.].
4. Confirmation and Follow-Up
Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is made and payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with all relevant details.
Follow-Up: For events and package services, we will follow up with a detailed plan and any additional information needed for your session.

To ensure smooth operations, an enjoyable experience and fairness to all clients, our studio has established the following policies regarding booking times, over charges, and cancellations.
1. Booking Times
All clients are required to book sufficient times for their sessions, including setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly to ensure all activities can be completed within the allotted time.
2. Timeliness
Clients are expected to arrive on time and be ready to start their session at the scheduled start time.
3. Overage Charges
If a session exceeds the booked time, overage charges will apply as follows:
First 5 minutes over the allotted time: No charge (grace period).
6 to 15 minutes over: [$X] per minute.
16 to 30 minutes over: [$Y] per minute.
More than 30 minutes over: [$Z] per minute.
These charges are necessary to compensate for the inconvenience and scheduling disruptions caused by overages.
4. Extensions
If you anticipate needing extra time, please inform us as soon as possible. Extensions can be arranged in advance if the schedule permits, and additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
5. Maximum Session Length
To respect subsequent bookings, sessions will not be extended beyond [30 minutes] past the original booking time. Clients must vacate the studio by this time.
6. Communication
Clients are encouraged to communicate any delays or changes to their booking as early as possible. This helps us to accommodate your needs and those of other clients effectively.
7. Professionalism and Courtesy
We value your business and strive to provide the best service. Adhering to these policies helps us maintain a professional environment and ensure that all clients receive the time and attention they deserve.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, making it impossible to keep your booking. To address such situations fairly and provide you with necessary flexibility, we have established the following policy:
If you need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the following refund policy applies:
a. Cancellation 30 Days Prior to Booking
If you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled booking, you will receive a full refund, minus the nonrefundable session booking fee.
b. Cancellation Less Than 30 Days but at least 14 Days Prior to Booking
If you cancel less than 30 days but at least 14 days prior to your scheduled booking, you will receive a 50% refund, minus the nonrefundable session booking fee.
c. Cancellations Within 14 Days of Booking
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled booking are nonrefundable.
2. Considerations
We recommend clients carefully consider their schedules before booking to avoid any inconvenience.
3. Rescheduling
Bookings must be rescheduled at least one week (7 days) in advance to avoid forfeiting the session fee. To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Short-Notice Cancellations
Cancellations made less than one week in advance will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. The full session fee will be forfeited.
To maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all clients and staff, our studio enforces a strict no smoking policy.
1. No Smoking Rule
Smoking is strictly prohibited within all areas of the studio premises, including indoor and outdoor spaces.
2. Penalty for Violation
If any client or their guest is found smoking on the studio premises, a penalty of $500 will be charged to the client’s account. This charge covers the cost of additional cleaning and potential disruption to other clients.
3. Enforcement
Our staff is authorized to enforce this policy and report any violations immediately. Clients are responsible for informing their guests of this policy.
4. Compliance
We expect full compliance with this policy to ensure a pleasant and professional environment for everyone. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, in addition to the $500 penalty.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a smoke-free studio environment.
To ensure the upkeep and integrity of our studio, we have established the following damage policy:
1. Responsibility for Damages
Clients are responsible for any breakage, damage, loss, or additional expenses incurred during their use of the studio. This includes any damage caused by the client, their team, or their guests.
2. Moving Furniture and Equipment
Clients are allowed to move furniture and equipment within the studio as needed, provided that all items are returned to their original positions before the end of the booking. Failure to do so may result in additional fees for resetting the studio.
3. Reimbursement for Damages
If any breakage, damage, loss, or additional expenses occur, the undersigned agrees to reimburse the studio for the full cost of repair or replacement. The client will be provided with an itemized invoice detailing the incurred costs.
4. Payment Timeline
Reimbursement must be made within two (2) days of receiving the invoice. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or legal action.
5. Assessment of Damages
Our staff will conduct an assessment of the studio and equipment immediately following the session. Clients are encouraged to report any pre-existing damages or issues at the start of their booking to avoid being held responsible.

To maintain cleanliness and ensure a pleasant environment for all clients, our studio has established the following food and drink policy:
1. No Outside Food or Drinks
No outside food or drinks are permitted within the studio premises. This policy helps us maintain the studio's cleanliness and ensures that all refreshments meet our quality standards.
2. Refreshment Packages and Bottle Service
Clients have the option to purchase a refreshment package or bottle service. These must be booked prior to arrival to ensure availability and proper preparation. Our offerings include a variety of beverages and light snacks tailored to your needs.
3. Complimentary Water
Water bottles are provided complimentary to all clients. These will be available throughout your session to keep you hydrated and comfortable.
4. Booking Refreshments
To book a refreshment package or bottle service, please contact us in advance. Our team will provide you with a menu and assist you in selecting the best options for your session.
To ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all clients, our studio has established the following nudity policy:
1. Nudity Only Permitted in Private Bookings
Nudity is only permitted if the client books the entire studio for private use. This ensures privacy and discretion for all individuals involved.
2. Respect for Others
While nudity may be allowed in private bookings, clients are expected to respect the comfort levels of others present in the studio. Any behavior that makes others uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
3. Professional Conduct
Clients engaging in nude photography or other activities must maintain a professional demeanor at all times. This includes respecting the boundaries and preferences of models, photographers, and staff members.
4. Prior Notification
Clients intending to include nudity in their session must notify the studio in advance. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and ensure the privacy of other clients and staff members.
5. Private Changing Areas
Private changing areas are provided for clients who require them. We encourage clients to use these facilities for changing into and out of clothing before and after nude sessions.
To maintain a safe and professional environment for all clients, our studio has established the following children policy:
1. Children Allowed for Content Creation or Photography Sessions Only
Children are permitted in the studio premises only if they are actively participating in a content creation or photography session. This includes but is not limited to modeling, acting, or being photographed.
2. Supervision and Responsibility
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the session. This includes ensuring their safety, behavior, and adherence to studio rules.
3. Disruption and Disturbance
Children must not disrupt or disturb other clients, staff members, or ongoing sessions. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that their child's behavior does not interfere with the activities of others in the studio.
4. Studio Equipment and Property
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and must not touch or tamper with studio equipment or property unless specifically instructed to do so by a staff member.
5. Liability and Responsibility
Parents or guardians assume full liability and responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their children while on the studio premises.
To maintain a clean and professional environment, our studio has established the following cleaning policy:
1. Included Cleaning
Standard Cleaning: Basic cleaning is included in the booking price. This covers general tidying up and sanitation of the space.
2. Excessive Mess
Additional Cleaning Fee: If there is an excessive mess left after your session, a cleaning fee of $50-$100 will be charged. The specific amount will depend on the extent of the cleanup required.
3. Booking and Cleanup
Time Management: Please plan your session to allow enough time to move furniture back to its original place and gather your belongings before the end of your booking.
Responsibility for Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or left belongings. Please ensure you take all your items with you when you leave.
4. Trash Disposal
Trash Bags: Garbage must be placed in trash bags for our staff to take out. This helps us keep the studio clean and ready for the next client.
5. Furniture and Equipment
Shoes: Shoes are not to be worn on the furniture to avoid damage and excessive dirt.
Prohibited Items: Paint is not allowed in the studio under any circumstances.
6. Special Materials
Additional Booking Time: If you are bringing items such as fake snow, confetti, or feathers, please book an extra hour for staff to clean up after your session.
Smash Cakes: If you are bringing a smash cake, please ensure the floors and furniture are covered to minimize mess and damage.
7. Special Effects
Inquiries Required: Sparklers, smoke machines, and open flames are only allowed with prior approval. Please inquire about these items through email before your booking.
1. Included Capacity
One to Five People: The booking price includes up to five people.
2. Additional Guests
Extra Person Fee: Each additional person beyond the included five will incur a charge of $15 per person, with a maximum of ten people allowed in the studio at one time.
3. Larger Groups
Entire Studio Booking: If your group exceeds ten people, you must book the entire studio. The maximum number of guests allowed for an entire studio booking is 20.
Special Arrangements: If you require more than 20 people, please email us in advance to discuss your needs and make special arrangements.
4. Shared Space Awareness
Other Guests: During your booking, please be mindful that there may be other guests in the building. We strive to ensure a professional and respectful environment for all clients.
Our studio has free wi-fi for all studio guests.
please ask your host for the username and password if it was not already sent to you.
We now welcome pets at our locations, we ask that you email info@sochelstudios.com if you would like to bring a pet to your photoshoot.
There will be a $50 pet fee (per pet) associated with this request and a $300 preauthorized hold on your credit card. A preauthorized hold will be collected upon arrival and then released within 2-5 business days, minus the pet fee, and any damages incurred.
Our studio is a family-friendly environment so please ensure your pets are not on our furniture or in the common areas.
Should your pet make a mess on our studio floor there will be a $50 charge and if your pet makes a mess on the furniture, there will be a $300 charge which will be deducted from your $300 security deposit.
